Decent Stay with Some Drawbacks
terrible viewinadequate refrigerator
My stay had some problems. Room 1148 had a terrible view. I looked directly at the pool bar rear wall. People constantly walked past and looked into my room. I didn't like that. The refrigerator was also inadequate, as it did not freeze any ice.

the hotel has five complexes, three swimming pools, and three swim-up bars. as a diamond member, i received macaroons during breakfast. all bread and bakery items were made in the in-house kitchen.

The breakfast buffet featured a wide selection of foods. Staff prepared eggs to order. the variety included both western and asian dishes. the quality of the ingredients seemed fresh. It was quite amazing.

The room had modern furnishings and ample space. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. the balcony was a nice addition. It proved quite valuable.

Staff members were attentive and helpful. the front desk was efficient during check-in. They provided useful information. It was very excellent.

The hotel features multiple pools suitable for different preferences. The main pool had shallow areas for children. there is a well-equipped gym available to use. It offered modern equipment. the poolside bar provides refreshing drinks and snacks.

Excellent Stay, Beach Access and Comfort

The hotel is centrally located. It is very close to the beach, just across the street. There is easy access to transport in front of the hotel. The hotel had three swimming pools, so there was a place for everyone to swim and lounge.
The check-in process was a little slow at the front desk , because many guests arrived at the same time.

Mixed Feelings on This Stay
stale croissants
It started early each morning and made it difficult to relax by the pool. I also thought the breakfast could be better because the croissants tasted stale, and the pancake machine didn't work right. The room was okay, but those issues affected what I think of the stay.

mixed feelings about this stay
efficient staffvisible cracksineffective air conditioning
the staff was friendly and efficient in addressing our requests (especially regarding room service).
the room felt quite outdated, with visible cracks in the frames and walls. these cracks, unfortunately, allowed mosquitoes to enter the room. additionally, the air conditioning unit was not very effective, struggling to keep the room cool and resulting in a persistently humid environment.
